Main Responsibilities
Responsible for managing equity portfolios in accordance with the investment policy.
Formulate equity investment strategies, including asset allocation, sector selection, and stock selection.
Make buy and sell decisions for stocks, determine position sizing, and conduct portfolio rebalancing based on fundamental and/or technical analysis.
Identify market opportunities and risks, conduct research, and monitor developments in macroeconomics, industry trends, and corporate actions of issuers.
Implement disciplined portfolio risk management.
Monitor portfolio performance.
Manage time deposit placements, including communicating with partner banks.
Coordinate with dealers for transaction execution.
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal SOPs, including documentation and recording of investment decisions.
Prepare performance reports and market reviews for management, clients, and/or regulators.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the capital market/asset management industry, with direct portfolio management experience.
Proven and measurable track record in fund management.
Holds a Wakil Manajer Investasi (WMI) license.
CFA Charterholder or CFA candidate is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and high professional integrity.
Able to work effectively in a team environment.
