JAKARTA – On May 26, 2025, a strategic partnership inauguration ceremony was held between PT MNC Asset Management and PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk as a Mutual Fund Selling Agent (APERD) at MNC Bank Tower – Kebon Sirih, Jakarta.
MNC Asset Management, represented by Frery Kojongian as President Director and Dimas Aditya Ariadi as Director, together with Eri Budiono, President Director of Bank Neo Commerce, signed an agreement marking the commencement of this APERD collaboration, particularly for the product MNC Dana Syariah – a Sharia-based fixed income mutual fund that has been available since 2004 and has shown very stable and optimal historical performance.
This synergy aims to expand public access to investment products, especially mutual funds that offer the potential for optimal returns and easy access through the Neobank app owned by Bank Neo Commerce.
Frery Kojongian, President Director of MNC Asset Management, stated, “We see a shift in public investment behavior increasingly towards digital. Therefore, this collaboration with Bank Neo Commerce, one of the leading digital banks in Indonesia, is a strategic and timely step in expanding our distribution reach. We hope that in the future, Bank Neo Commerce customers can easily purchase MNC Dana Syariah mutual funds through the neobank app.”
Meanwhile, Eri Budiono, President Director of Bank Neo Commerce, said, “We believe this collaboration will add value for our customers, who are becoming increasingly savvy and proactive in managing their finances. With the presence of mutual fund products from MNC Asset Management, particularly MNC Dana Syariah, in the neobank app, customers will have even more investment options to diversify their savings and investments according to their financial needs and goals.”
Through this partnership, Bank Neo Commerce customers can purchase MNC Dana Syariah mutual funds directly from their gadgets via the neobank app, available for download on the App Store and Google Play Store. This collaboration also reinforces the role of digitalization in promoting financial inclusion in Indonesia.
Aligned with the partnership between MNC Asset Management and Bank Neo Commerce in marketing the MNC Dana Syariah mutual fund product, the APERD collaboration launch event also featured a social aid donation session, symbolically handed over to a representative of Nurul Iman Mentas Orphanage through MNC Peduli.
Dimas Aditya Ariadi, Director of MNC Asset Management, said, “The distribution of social aid to the orphanage is part of MNC Asset Management’s responsibility in managing Sharia mutual funds, where we are required to disburse cleansing funds derived from non-halal assets within the Sharia mutual fund. We hope these funds will benefit the Nurul Iman Mentas orphanage.”
This social initiative is an important part of the company’s values in building sustainability and contributing positively to society.
MNC Asset Management and Bank Neo Commerce hope to synergize in strengthening the capital market and banking ecosystem, and to positively impact the growth of Indonesia’s financial and investment industry.
