MNC Asset Management and Ayovest Formalize Mutual Fund Distribution Partnership

JAKARTA — Amid the growing need for stable investment instruments in an increasingly dynamic and volatile market environment, access to well-structured and easily accessible investment products has become more important for the public. In response to this need, MNC Asset Management has officially established a strategic partnership with Ayovest as a Mutual Fund Selling Agent (APERD) to expand the distribution reach of its mutual fund products, while also strengthening investment services in Indonesia. This collaboration is also part of MNC Asset Management’s strategy to reach institutional clients through Ayovest’s distribution network and capabilities.

Through this partnership, MNC Asset Management introduces its flagship products—MNC Dana Lancar Money Market Fund and MNC Dana SBN Fixed Income Fund—to a broader investor segment through Ayovest’s distribution support. These products are designed to meet the needs of investors with specific investment characteristics, including those seeking more optimal, stable, and measurable fund management, which is generally relevant for institutional investors as well as individuals with more defined investment profiles.

Based on Net Asset Value (NAV) data as of April 30, 2026, the MNC Dana Lancar Money Market Fund recorded a net annual return of 5.64%. Meanwhile, the MNC Dana SBN Fixed Income Fund recorded a 3.89% net return over one year.

Dimas Aditya Ariadi, Director of MNC Asset Management, stated, “This partnership is part of our strategy to expand public access to MNC Asset Management’s mutual fund products. We are optimistic that the synergy with Ayovest as an APERD will not only provide convenience for retail investors but also serve as a strategic step in reaching institutional clients through Ayovest.”

Sonny Afriansyah, Director of Ayovest, added, “As an APERD licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Ayovest is committed to providing investment access that is trustworthy, transparent, and easily accessible. Through an integrated digital mutual fund investment platform, this collaboration with MNC Asset Management is expected to encourage increased investor participation, both retail and institutional, through practical and flexible investment solutions.”

In addition, as part of its commitment to supporting financial literacy and inclusion, Ayovest also participates in the Planned and Periodic Investment Program (PINTAR), also known as the Systematic Investment Plan (SIP). This program was launched by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a joint innovation with capital market industry players to expand the sustainable retail investor base.

As a digital investment platform supported by an educational approach and curated product selection, Ayovest not only serves as a distribution channel but also as a partner that helps investors understand investment options in a more rational and structured manner. This collaboration marks a strategic step for both MNC Asset Management and Ayovest in delivering investment solutions that are relevant to today’s needs, while contributing to the growth of Indonesia’s capital market.
