Jakarta, 14 June 2021 – One of the subsidiaries of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) under auspices of the MNC Group which is engaged in the mutual fund industry, MNC Asset Management (MAM), became one of the speakers at the ETFest 2021 event initiated by Indopremier Securities as a partner of Mutual Fund Selling Agent (APERD) from MAM. The first ETFest Festival in Indonesia carries the concept of online capital market education activities and specifically discusses all matters related to ETF mutual funds.

At the same occasion, PT MNC Teknologi Nusantara (“MTN”) re- branded its e-money, e-wallet, and digital remittance app, SPIN, to become MotionPay.

Jakarta, 27 May 2021 – PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk ("BABP" or "MNC Bank"), a subsidiary of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk ("BCAP"), has obtained a digital onboarding license from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). This license allows MNC Bank customers to open a savings account online (digitally) without a need to visit a brick-andmortar branch office. The digital banking application named MotionBanking, is a "digital disruptor" platform to further spice up banking digitalization euphoria in Indonesia.

Jakarta, May 2^th, 2021 - The capital market industry is currently being loved by young people. This is can be seen from the data increase in the number of millennial investors, which has increased significantly. Reporting data from PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), as of March 31, 2021, the number of retail stock investors was recorded at 2.17 million while mutual fund investors totaled 4.17 million investors. In fact, in December 2020 the total capital market investors amounted to 3.88 million and interestingly, the number of investors who were less than 30 years old was 54.8% of that number.
